The Deal corporate governance webinar conference

Deborah contributed to a panel discussion on ‘Director Choices in a Challenging Environment’ for The Deal’s November 2020 corporate governance conference. The panel discussed diversity and the role of shareholder engagement and activism. Her fellow panellists were Jared Landaw from Barington Capital Group, Cynthia Jamison from Darden Inc, Office Depot, Big Lots Stores and Tractor Supply Company, Cassie Nielsen from VMG Partners, Preston Hopson from Tetra Tech Inc and Armie Lee from The Deal.
